We are located at 96/1 in Malinagar, which is part of the Malshiras area. It’s a bit different from the big city life you find in Mumbai. Mercymed Pharmaceutical has its roots right here. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we keep our stock and handle the business side of things. Living and working in a place like Malshiras means things move at a slightly different pace, which I personally don't mind. We focus on getting pharmaceutical products moved out to where they are needed. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and checking labels. My hands are usually busy with something. The address is simple enough to find if you’re local. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations because we’d rather just focus on the job. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at once. We’ve grown accustomed to the quirks of the building and the local power cuts that happen sometimes. It’s just part of the deal. We keep our records in order and try to be helpful whenever someone comes by. It’s a straightforward business, run by people who live right here in the community. No big speeches, just showing up and doing the work every morning. We hope to stay here for many more years as things change around us.
