Venkateshwar Complex is where you’ll find us. It’s right there at Ashok Chowk in Solapur. Most days are busy with students coming in and out of the building. We started Lady Classes because there was a need in this part of town for a local place to study. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where the teaching happens every day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the evening rush at the chowk, but we manage just fine. The whiteboards are usually full by noon with notes and diagrams. People around here know the building well since it’s been there forever. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that, just basic benches and desks that do the job. My cousin helps out with the registers and keeping things organized in the afternoons. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everyone’s schedule, especially when exam season is coming up and everyone is a bit stressed. We try to keep the place clean, though with so many feet walking through, it’s a constant battle with the dust from the street. Most students live nearby in Solapur, so they just walk or take a cycle. It’s a simple setup. We spend most of our time just going through the lessons and making sure the kids understand what’s on the page. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work.
