Ivrcl I & P Ltd

We are based in Solapur at the Shree Vallabha Apts, specifically at 1179 in the North Kasba area. V.K.Kulkarni manages the day-to-day things here. Our office is just a regular apartment unit that we’ve converted into a workspace for Ivrcl I & P Ltd. It’s a bit different from a standard office building, but it works for us. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cupboards where we keep all our project records. Solapur can get very hot, so we usually have the fans running at full speed all day long. It's a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a big sign on the main road, so people sometimes have trouble finding the exact building. It’s a very local feel here. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers who work nearby. We aren't trying to be some big, impersonal corporation. We are just a group of people working on infrastructure projects from a quiet corner of the city. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a polished sales pitch. If you come by, you'll probably find us buried under a pile of blueprints or busy on the phone. We just focus on the practical tasks that need our attention. It’s not glamorous, but it is real work. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we like the routine of it. It suits the way we handle our business in Maharashtra.
