Genius Technical Services

The workshop is at No. E-137 in the M.I.D.C. area of Baramati. Being in an industrial zone like this means there’s always a lot of activity, with trucks moving in and out and the sound of other factories in the background. At Genius Technical Services, our day is mostly spent looking at technical drawings or trying to figure out why a piece of machinery isn't working the way it should. The space is filled with workbenches, various meters, and stacks of manuals that have seen better days. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there’s usually some grease or dust from the industrial site getting into everything. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy the technical side of things and don't mind spending hours trying to solve a tricky problem. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website; most people just hear about us through word of mouth here in Baramati. We spend a lot of time drinking coffee and staring at parts spread out across the floor. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to some of the bigger plants nearby, but we stay busy enough. The seasons change, but the work inside the M.I.D.C. stays pretty much the same. We just show up, do our jobs as best as we can with the tools we have, and head home when the shift is over.
