Hotel Kottage Gardens

I’ve been around Bijapur Road for a while now. My place, Hotel Kottage Gardens, is right over by Mantri Chandak Park. It’s a busy spot near Mayur Mangal Karyalay, which means we see a lot of folks coming through for weddings and events. Most days it’s just me and a small crew keeping things moving. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything, just clean rooms for people who need a place to sleep after a long day of travel or a big family function. Living in Solapur, you get used to the pace here. The heat can be something else, but we try to keep the rooms decent for whoever walks in. It isn't a huge operation. Sometimes the traffic outside on Bijapur Road gets loud, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. I usually spend my mornings checking on the laundry and making sure the water is running right. People usually find us because we’re easy to spot near the park. We aren't trying to be some five-star resort, just a local spot where you can put your bags down and rest. If you're heading toward Sholapur, you’ll probably pass right by us. It’s been here at 263 Mantri Chandak Park for a good bit of time. We just focus on the basics every day. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We don't have a big website or ads, we just rely on people seeing the building and stopping in.
