We have been operating Ghalsast Engineering Systems Pvt.Ltd. out of the C-176 spot in Midc, Chincholi for a while now. Most people around here just know us for the engineering work we do. It’s a busy area and the noise from the other units usually blends together by midday. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we keep our machines running and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. Some days it feels like we are just fighting against the clock to get things shipped out. We mostly deal with local clients who need specific parts or systems built. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on. Chincholi is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we set up roots. The guys in the back have been with us for years and they know the equipment better than anyone. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that because the work is what matters. Usually, someone is making tea around four and that’s when we take a breather. It’s just how we run things here. No big corporate meetings, just a lot of grease and metal and trying to do right by the people who pay us. If you happen to be in the Midc area, you'll probably see our sign hanging there, maybe a bit dusty from the road and the wind.
