U. R. Engineering

U. R. Engineering is based at Plot No 77 in Ramlal Nager, which is just off Hotgi Road in Solapur. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement. We’ve been operating out of this plot for a while now. The shop is a simple brick and mortar building with a tin roof that gets quite loud when it rains. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our machines. We don't have a front desk or a fancy waiting area for visitors. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk right into the middle of the work area. We keep things pretty informal. Solapur can get very hot, especially out here near Hotgi Road, so we usually have the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. The noise from the road is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to do the work that comes in and make a living. Most of our tools are older, but they work just fine for what we need. We’ve got a routine that works for us. We show up early, have some chai, and then get to work. It’s a straightforward life. Being in Ramlal Nager means we are close to other shops too, which is handy if we need to pick up supplies quickly. We just stay focused on our own plot.
