Aakude Clinic

Aakude Clinic is situated right near Bhaiya Chowk in Solapur. If you know the 413001 area, you probably pass by us quite often. The clinic is on a busy corner where there is always something going on outside. We have a small sign out front and some chairs in the waiting room for whoever stops by. It isn't a very large clinic, just a few rooms where we see people who aren't feeling well. The floors are tiled and we spend a lot of time cleaning them because of all the dust from the street. Our windows look out towards the chowk, so we see the rickshaws and bikes going past all day long. It gets pretty noisy in the afternoons, but that is just how it is in this part of Solapur. We have a simple desk at the front where we keep the files. Everything is mostly done on paper here because it’s what we are used to. Sometimes the tea man from across the street brings us some chai during the quiet gaps. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything fancy. People usually find out about Aakude Clinic from their neighbors or just by walking past. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit messy when a lot of people arrive at once. It’s just a normal place for local folks to come.
