Trumount Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is tucked away in Shop No. 5-A, which is right near the Guru Nanak Complex on Chakkan Road. This part of Baddi is always moving. The village of Kalya is just right there, so you get a mix of local people and folks working in the factories. Our shop is not very large at all. We have to be careful how we stack the supplies so we can still walk around the main table without bumping into things. There is a lot of dust that comes in from the road, so we are always wiping down the ledges and the computer screen. It is a plain place with white walls and a few calendars hanging up to keep track of the weeks. Most days start with a cup of tea and looking over the delivery schedules for the trucks. Being near the complex means there is always someone around if we need to ask a question or borrow a tool for a quick fix. We have been in this spot for a bit now and the routine is pretty set. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it is a place for work, not for showing off. When the sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon, it gets pretty warm, so we keep the door open a crack for the breeze. It is just a normal local business doing its thing. We focus on the orders.
