Our place is at B 82 in Motia Plaza, which is over in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. If you’ve ever been to Baddi, you know it’s a huge hub for all kinds of factories. Shri Krishna Nirmal Neer Solution is where we handle water-related stuff, mostly filtration and treatment. The plaza is a busy building, and we’re just one of the offices there. It’s a pretty basic setup—desks, some water testing kits, and lots of files. We don’t have any of those fancy coffee machines or plush chairs. It’s a place where we sit down and figure out how to solve water problems for the nearby industries. Baddi can be a bit dusty and loud because of all the construction and trucks, but it’s a good place to work if you like being where the action is. We spend our time checking on projects or talking to suppliers on the phone. We’re not a huge company with hundreds of people. We’re just a small team that knows about water systems and how to keep them running. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk to our customers like regular people and try to be helpful. Sometimes we’re out at a site all day, and other times we’re just catching up on paperwork in the office. It’s honest work, and being in the foothills of Himachal India gives us a nice view when the weather is clear.
