Our place is located at House Number B29 in the CCI Colony in Rajban. This is up in the Sirmour district, near Paonta Sahib in Himachal Pradesh. It’s a bit different than the big city offices because we’re surrounded by a lot more green and the air is definitely different up here. We work on food and beverage services from this spot. It’s not a massive factory or a fancy restaurant, just a practical setup where we handle the logistics of getting things moved and organized. The colony is a tight-knit community, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We’ve been operating out of this house for a while now. The rooms are filled with supplies and crates, and there’s always a list pinned to the wall of what needs to go out next. It can get cold in the winters, so we usually have a heater going while we check the inventory. Working in Paonta Sahib has its own rhythm, much slower than Delhi or other big places, but we still have plenty to keep us busy. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it's just a local team doing the daily work of managing food supplies. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is sorted correctly before the day ends. Sometimes the deliveries get delayed because of the winding roads in the hills, but that’s just how it goes in Sirmour. We don’t stress about it too much and just let the customers know the situation. The air is fresh here, and it makes the long days in the office a bit more bearable. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own lunch most days. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We aren’t trying to grow into some huge international firm; we’re just happy serving the area around Rajban and Paonta Sahib. It’s decent work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the seasons.
