Shiv Ganga Ice Cream

You can find Shiv Ganga Ice Cream over in Ward No. 14, near the Post Office in Shamti. We are in the Solan taluka, quite close to the Sai Mandir. It’s a peaceful area mostly. People come to the temple and then sometimes walk over to see us afterward. The air in Solan is usually nice, but in the summer, the ice cream is still very popular with everyone. Our shop is a small place tucked into the neighborhood. We don't have a big staff here. It’s just us running things day to day. We know the post office workers and the people who live in the houses nearby. We spend our time checking the power and making sure everything stays frozen solid. It’s important because the mountain roads can be slow for deliveries sometimes. We have a few chairs for people to use while they eat. It’s not fancy furniture, just simple plastic ones. We don't have big posters or anything. The shop name is on the front and that’s it. We see the same people every week. It feels like a small community here in Shamti. We like the slow pace of life. We aren't in a hurry to grow or change much. We just want to keep the shop open and serve the ice cream to anyone who walks in. We see the mountain weather change from our window.
