Our factory is located at Survey No. 15 in the Apparel Park Cum Industrial Area. This is in Katha Batoli, Baddi. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are factories everywhere you look. Dp Cocoa Products Pvt. Ltd has been operating here for a while. The main thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of cocoa. It’s everywhere, in our clothes and in the air. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure the production line stays moving. It’s a lot of manual work and monitoring. The area can be quite dusty because of all the construction and trucks, but inside we try to keep things as clean as possible. Baddi is surrounded by hills, which is nice to see when you step outside for a break. The weather gets very cold in the winter and quite rainy during the monsoon. We have a regular crew of workers who have been with us for years. We don't have a fancy reception or a lounge for visitors. It’s just a functional industrial space. We focus on the product and getting the bags packed. Shipping can be a challenge sometimes when the mountain roads are rough, but we’re used to it. It’s a simple, hardworking life here in the industrial park. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the shift. No one here cares about being fancy or sophisticated.
