Sentiva Pharmaceutical Private Limited is over in the Kasauli area, specifically at Dhar Ki Ber. We get our mail through the post office in Dharampur. Being in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh means we have some pretty nice views, but we're mostly focused on what's happening inside our walls. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We aren't one of those places with a hundred employees and a human resources department for every little thing that happens. We are a smaller crew and we like it that way. If there's a problem, we just talk it out and fix it right then. The location is 173209, and even though it feels a bit tucked away, we are well-connected enough to get things where they need to go. The air is better up here than in the plains, which is a nice perk of working in Kasauli. We spend our time managing the stock and keeping things organized. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists over and over. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do here. It’s just a pharma business trying to stay steady. We’ve been part of the local scene here for a while and we plan to stay put. There is a sense of pride in just doing a decent job every day and going home knowing the work is done properly. We don't really need much more than that.
