Our shop is on the 2nd Floor of a building on The Mall, right opposite the ITI Gate. It’s a good spot, though being on the second floor means people have to walk up to find us. We’ve been dealing with computers and peripherals here for a good while. The space is usually a bit cluttered with cables, monitors, and parts. That’s just the way it goes when you’re fixing things and selling tech stuff. It’s not a shiny showroom. We’re more about the practical side of technology. Most of the time, we’re busy helping people figure out what’s wrong with their machines. The view of The Mall from up here is alright, especially when it’s busy outside. We see a lot of students and workers from the ITI Gate area. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. We just try to get the gear working again. It’s a small team of us here. We aren't some giant electronics store with a million employees. We just know our way around a motherboard. Dealing with computers can be frustrating, so we try to keep things calm. It’s a steady job in a nice part of town. We just keep at it, one computer at a time. It gets hot in the summer but we have a fan. We like the challenge of fixing things that other people have given up on.
