You can find us at Shop No 16, which is inside the City Center Plaza. It’s part of the Shandil Estates area right by The Mall. Rajiv Shandil Property Consultant has been here for a good bit of time. The plaza is usually full of people going about their business, so it’s a lively place to work. We spend our days in the shop talking to anyone who has questions about local property. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Being at The Mall means there is always something going on outside our door. We don’t really go in for big marketing or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking by and seeing the shop name. We know the layout of the plaza and the estates around here really well. It’s a simple life, just showing up, opening the shop, and seeing who needs help with their real estate needs. Sometimes we walk around the plaza to talk to the other shop owners. It’s a nice little community we have here. If you are looking for Shop 16, just come into the main plaza area and you will see us. We are usually here all day, just keeping track of the local listings and making sure everything is in order. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. No fancy bells or whistles, just a regular shop in the plaza.
