You can find Paul Real Estates out on the Baddi Baroti Wala Road. We are located in Gudiyan Kalan, which is very close to the Indian Gas Plant. It is a busy road with a lot of trucks and industrial traffic moving back and forth all day. The dust can get quite bad, especially in the dry season, so I am always cleaning off my desk. I have been working from this spot for a few years now. Being near the gas plant makes it easy to give people directions. The office is just a simple building on the side of the road. It is not much to look at, but it serves its purpose. I spend my time helping people with land and buildings in the Baddi area. It is a growing industrial hub, so there is always something going on. My phone rings quite a bit, mostly people asking about prices or plots. I handle everything myself, from showing the sites to doing the final paperwork. It is hard work and the days are long. Sometimes I am still here late at night finishing up files. The road gets a bit dark at night, but the lights from the plant are always on. I do not have any big corporate goals. I just want to do my job and go home to my family. People around Gudiyan Kalan know me as the guy who knows the local land. I try to be helpful when I can. That is just how we do things here.
