We are located in a small place called Vill. Pokhtoo, which is under P.O. Manjyat in the Arki Tehsil of Solan district, HP. Even though our name, People Factor Pvt. Ltd, says Chandigarh, we mostly run things from this village in the hills. It’s a long way from the big city offices, but we like the quiet environment here. We are a small team working on recruitment and human resources. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails from this specific spot. The air is definitely better up here, though the internet can be a bit slow when the weather turns bad. We’ve got the pin code 173208. It’s a local operation, and we know the people in the village quite well. Sometimes we have to travel down to the city for meetings, but we always look forward to coming back up to Solan. The office is just a room with some basic furniture and our computers. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls.
