Antares, Bpo Recruiters

Our office is tucked away in Solan, up here in Himachal Pradesh. Being in the hills makes the mornings quite cold, especially during the winter months. Antares, Bpo Recruiters is basically a small team that spends most of the day on the phone or looking at resumes. The 173214 area is where we’ve settled down for now. It’s a bit different from the big city offices people usually think of. There is no glass building or fancy elevator here. It's just a practical space where we can sit and talk to people who are looking for jobs. Sometimes the monkeys outside cause a bit of a distraction, but that’s just part of life in Solan. We spend a lot of time calling folks and trying to see who might fit into a BPO role. It’s a lot of talking throughout the day. Some days are much busier than others. We drink a lot of tea to stay warm and keep our voices going through the afternoon. There’s no big corporate manual in this office. We just know how to find people who need work and match them with companies that are hiring. It’s straightforward stuff without any frills. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get a paycheck. The air is fresh here, and that helps when the work gets a bit repetitive. We like the pace of life in HP and just keep our heads down.
