M/S. Larsen &Toubro Ltd

Up here in Solan, things are a bit quieter than the big city offices. M/S. Larsen &Toubro Ltd is located right at House No.63 in Shiva Vihar. It’s a bit of a climb depending on which way you’re coming from, but the air is decent. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Himachal Pradesh for a bit now. It’s not a massive corporate tower or anything like that. It feels more like a house because, well, it is one. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk gets a bit cluttered with papers and files. Working in this part of India means dealing with the weather and the hills, which isn't always easy but it’s what we do. The office has a very local feel to it. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the plans and reports. It’s a small group of us here, and we mostly just worry about the tasks assigned to this specific location. You won't find any glossy brochures or fancy reception areas. Just desks, computers, and people trying to get through the daily checklist. Solan is a nice place to be based, even if the roads are winding. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything is handled correctly before we head home for the day. It’s a straightforward way of working.
