Up here in Baddi, things move pretty fast because of all the factories and industrial units. Our office for M & W Zander Facility Engg.( I )Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away on Sai Road, specifically at the C/O-Sitar Md. location. If you know the Solan district at all, you know Baddi is the place to be for this kind of engineering work. It’s a bit dusty and loud outside most days, but that is just how an industrial area works. We spend most of our time out on sites, looking at machinery or fixing facility issues, so the office is mostly for catching up on logs and taking calls. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t bother with anything flashy. The Himachal weather can be a bit unpredictable, but the work doesn’t stop just because it’s raining or cold in the hills. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while, and the local guys know us by now. It’s mostly about making sure things don’t break down when they’re needed most. Being in a place like Baddi means you have to be ready for anything. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around talking about philosophy; we just focus on the engineering side of things. It’s a lot of grease, tools, and making sure the facilities are humming along. It might not be the most exciting thing to talk about at dinner, but it’s what we do every day.
