Our company is Livenzo Pharmaceutical Private Limited. We are based in a small place called Kotlu in the Sarkaghat area. The office is located at Hemraj’s place. If you are from around here, you know Sarkaghat is a hilly region, so things move a bit differently than they do in the plains. We aren't a big factory or a high-rise office. We are just a small team working out of this house to manage our pharmaceutical business. It involves a lot of coordination because getting things in and out of the hills can be a real challenge when the weather turns bad or the roads get blocked. We focus on getting medicines to the local pharmacies and handling the distribution for this part of the region. The office is simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets for our records. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do and the people we know in the trade. Working from Kotlu means we are part of the community here. Most days are spent checking on orders and making sure the transport is on track. It is a quiet life, but the work is steady. We like being in the Sarkaghat area because it is home for us. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local pharma company trying to make things work in our corner of the world. It’s hard work, but we like the pace here.
