Lakshmi Samson

We are located at Plot No. 92 in the EPIP Industrial Area, Phase 1, over in Baddi. This is the industrial heart of Himachal, so it is all factories and trucks around here. Our work is with electronic scales. If you come to the shop, you’ll see a lot of metal parts, wires, and digital screens everywhere. It’s not a clean or quiet office. It’s a workshop where things get fixed and tested. Baddi is a busy place, and being in Phase 1 means we are right in the middle of it all. We spend our days calibrating scales and making sure they weigh things accurately. It’s a practical job. We have a small desk for the billing, but most of the space is taken up by the equipment. The mountain air is nice in the mornings, but by noon, the industrial area is loud and bustling. We have a small crew and we’ve been at this plot for a good while. People from the other factories nearby often drop by when their scales stop working. We don't have any fancy marketing or a big sales team. We just sit here, drink our tea, and get the repairs done. The building is just a standard industrial unit, nothing fancy. It is a bit far from the main town, but that’s where the businesses are. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
