Jknd Builders And Promoters Private Limited is located at Asha Grihvaas, Plot No. 10 on New Power House Road in Saproon. We are just a small group of people who handle local building projects. Most of our days are spent out on sites checking on materials or talking to the workers. The office here isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep our records and meet people who want to start a project. We have been working around Saproon for a while now and know how the local ground is. It gets quite busy on the road outside our plot, but we like the location. We handle the small stuff and the bigger jobs too, whatever comes our way. My brother helps with the site visits while I stay back to manage the paperwork. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just build houses and shops for people who need them. Sometimes the weather stops us, especially during the monsoons when everything gets muddy and slow. But we always get back to it as soon as the sun comes out. If you walk down New Power House Road, you’ll probably see our sign. We are usually there from morning till late evening. It’s a simple life and we like doing what we do here in our hometown.
