Harka Pharmaceutical Private Limited is over in Baddi, specifically at Flat No 20 in the Amrawati Apartment complex. Baddi is a huge hub for medicine companies, but we are tucked away in an apartment building instead of a big factory. It’s a bit different, but it works for our administrative side and managing the business. We do a lot of the planning and the paperwork from this flat. Solan is a busy district for pharma, so being right here helps us stay connected with suppliers and other manufacturers in the area. The apartment is mostly used as our central office. It’s quiet compared to the main roads of Baddi. We have our computers and files set up in the different rooms. It doesn’t look like a standard corporate office, it feels more like a home that turned into a business. We handle the distribution chains and the regulatory stuff from here. Most days are spent on the phone or on the computer, making sure our batches are moving through the system. We aren't a massive team, just a few people keeping the wheels turning. It is simple work but it keeps us busy from morning to evening. We chose this spot because it was convenient and let us get started without the huge costs of a massive building. It suits us just fine for now. We just focus on the daily tasks of the pharmaceutical trade, making sure everything is in order and out for delivery.
