Dairy Cool Ice Cream

We are located in the Rajgarh village, right near the police chowki and the post office. It is a busy little corner of Sirmaur district where people are always passing through. We have been running Dairy Cool Ice Cream from this spot for a while now. It is just a small local place, nothing too fancy or polished. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors or folks visiting the police station nearby. We spend our days making sure the freezers are running right and the ice cream stays cold, which can be a bit of a challenge when the weather gets really hot. My family helps out with everything, from cleaning the floors to serving the customers. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here. The shop is quite simple and we like it that way. You can see the police station from our front door, so we are very easy to find if you are in the area. We try to keep a decent variety of flavors on hand. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to scramble, but that is just part of living in the village. It is a quiet life for the most part. We start early and stay open until the evening. It is nice to see the same faces every day. We just focus on our work and keeping the shop going here in Rajgarh. It's a decent life.
