Our place, Biodeal Pharmaceuticals, is located out in Village Faini Majra. If you are driving on the Nalagarh Ropar Road, you can’t really miss us since we are right on the main highway. It’s a busy stretch of road in District Solan. We spend most of our days inside the facility handling the various production lines. It gets quite hot in the summers here, but the work inside goes on regardless of the weather. We have quite a few people from the nearby villages working with us. It’s a long day usually, starting early and ending when the sun is down. The highway outside is always full of trucks carrying goods back and forth. Being on the main road makes it easier for the logistics part of things. We focus on making medicine, which is a serious job that needs a lot of attention to detail. There's always some paperwork or a batch to check. Sometimes the local traffic makes getting to work a bit of a challenge, but everyone is used to it by now. We’ve been in Faini Majra for some time, and the landscape has changed a bit with more buildings coming up. It's just a regular industrial setup where people put in their hours. We don't have much of a fancy office, just the practical space needed to get the manufacturing done. Every day is pretty much the same routine of checking supplies and ensuring the machines are running correctly.
