Being in Teh Nalagarh means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial spots, but our bit of Vill Makhgnumajra feels like home to us. The road can get a bit dusty in the summer. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s not a huge fancy building, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure things are running right. Most of the folks working here live nearby in the village or just over in Baddi. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. Sometimes the power goes out or the trucks get stuck, but we manage. You learn to handle those things when you’re out here. We’ve been at this site for quite some time now.
