You can find us at Maheshwari Trading Company right in the Main Market of Sojat City. We are very close to where the Purana Cinama Hall used to be. It’s a well-known spot for everyone living around here. We handle all sorts of trading stuff. Some days it’s quiet and other days the market is packed with people. We have been in this location for a good amount of time now. The shop front is usually covered with whatever we are moving that day. Sojat City is famous for some things, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. We drink tea from the stall nearby while we wait for customers. Trading is a lot of talk and a lot of checking items. We keep our ledgers manual mostly. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the dust from the street gets inside, but we sweep it out. The old cinema hall is a landmark so people don't get lost finding us. We are usually here from morning until the sun goes down. If the shutters are halfway down, we are probably just taking a break. It is a family thing mostly. We don’t spend much on decorations because the stock takes up all the space anyway. It’s a simple setup. We know the other shopkeepers around the Main Market well. Dealing with inventory takes up most of our time.
