Suryakala Group

Suryakala Group is based at No. 4/666-9 on Kattanerseval Street in Thayilpatti. It’s a local place and we’ve been part of this community for quite a while. Thayilpatti isn't the biggest town, so everyone kind of knows everyone else. We do construction and related work around here. Our office is just a simple place on Kattanerseval Street where we meet and plan our days. We don't have any fancy brochures or a professional spokesperson. We just talk to people directly when they have a project in mind. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, making sure the foundations are right and the walls are going up. It’s hard work, especially when it’s dusty and hot, but we don't mind it. We have a crew of local guys who know how to handle the materials we use. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just tell people how it is and what the cost will be. Sometimes we have to wait for supplies to come in from the bigger cities, which can be a bit of a headache, but we always make it work in the end. We like seeing the buildings we’ve finished as we drive through town. It makes us feel like we’re actually doing something useful for the people here in Thayilpatti. We just keep at it, day after day, until the job is done. It's nothing fancy, but it's what we know how to do best.
