You can find this branch of United Trade Links at 227 Pksa Arumuga Nadar Road in Ammankoilpatti. It’s a busy street with a lot of shops nearby. We’ve been here for a good while now and most of the other shopkeepers know us. The office is pretty small, honestly. We have to be careful how we stack the boxes so we still have room to walk around. It’s just how it is when you’re working in an older building like this. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. We mostly rely on a couple of landlines and some old ledgers we still use alongside the computer. It feels more reliable that way. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, so we have a couple of big fans that make a lot of noise. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or things we don't need. The focus is just on getting the trade orders through and keeping our customers happy enough to come back. We are just regular people trying to make a living. Sometimes we run out of stationary or the internet goes down, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just show up every day and do the work.
