S L Timbers & Hardware

We have been operating S L Timbers & Hardware at 158, Satur Road in Satchiyapuram for quite some time now. If you come by, you will see it’s a pretty straightforward place. We have stacks of wood piled up and shelves full of all the different hardware bits people need for fixing up their homes or starting new builds. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or a big showroom. Most of the time, the floor has a bit of sawdust on it and the air smells like fresh timber. We spend our days helping people figure out how many planks they need or finding that one specific size of screw that they can’t find anywhere else. Sometimes the yard gets a bit crowded when a new truck comes in to drop off a load of wood, and we have to scramble to get everything moved inside. It is hard work, especially when the sun is out and we are hauling heavy beams around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure we have the right stock for the local carpenters and homeowners who rely on us. We try to be honest about what wood works best for what job, even if it means telling someone they don't need the most expensive thing we have. It’s a busy, dusty, and practical shop, and that’s just how we like to run things here on Satur Road.
