Ravi Bala Imports & Exports is located at 94-A on Thondi Road. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a straightforward business where we deal with goods coming in and going out of the area. Thondi Road can get pretty busy with trucks and regular traffic passing by. Our place at 94-A isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. It’s just an office and some space for storage in the back. We spend our days checking manifests and making sure the numbers in our books add up. Import and export work involves a lot of waiting for things to clear and then a mad rush to get them moved to their next destination. We are just a few people working together here. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know most of the other business owners on the road. It’s a simple setup. We have our desks, our phones, and a small area to sit and have our lunch. We don't bother with much of the corporate stuff you see in the big cities. We just focus on the trade and making sure our clients get what they need without any trouble. Sometimes things get delayed at the docks, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to find out what happened. That’s just part of the job. At Ravi Bala Imports & Exports, we take it one day at a time. It’s how we’ve always done it. Thondi Road is where we are.
