We are located at House Number 410 in Vijay Laxmi Nagar, right near the water tank in Sitapur. It’s an easy place to find if you’re in the neighborhood. Yuvantika Agriventure Llp is a small operation we started to get more involved in the agricultural side of things here. Sitapur is a place where you see a lot of green, and we wanted to be a part of that. Our office isn't much to look at, just a room where we keep our laptop and some ledgers. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers and figuring out the best way to move things forward. It’s not a corporate setup by any means. We’re more likely to be drinking tea and talking about the weather than looking at spreadsheets. But we do the work that’s required. It takes a lot of effort to keep an LLP running, and we’ve had to learn as we go. Some days we are out on the road, and other days we are just sitting by the pani tanki catching up on paperwork. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who care about what we’re doing. It’s about being part of the community and doing something useful with our time and the land we have around us. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what we can do. There is always something new to learn in this business.
