Our place is out in Jawahapur. It’s a big site because there is a lot going on with the sugar and the other industrial parts of the business. If you’re looking for us, just head towards the outskirts where the big chimneys are. We’ve been operating in Jawahapur for a good while. The town and the mill kind of grew up together. Most of the families around here have someone working at the plant or used to. It's not a quiet place. There is always the hum of the turbines or the sound of trucks moving through the gates. We don't really do the whole corporate office vibe here. Most of the space is taken up by the processing equipment and storage. We deal with a lot of raw material every day. It’s a lot of monitoring gauges and making sure everything is running right. Sometimes things break down and we have to scramble to get them back up. That's just part of working in a factory. It gets hot inside, especially during the summer months. We all just wear our uniforms and try to stay cool. It’s straightforward work. We take the crops and turn them into something else. People here take pride in just doing the job right without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy year-round, keeping the operations going as best as we can. It's just what we do. We don't need any praise for it.
