Marry Mounth School

Marry Mounth School is located right on Mela Road here in Sitamarhi. If you are coming from Shaktipith Chandidham, you will see our building easily. It is a busy area, especially when the festivals are on, but we keep things going inside the gates. The morning starts early with the sound of cycles and parents dropping off their children at the main entrance. We have basic classrooms with benches and blackboards that have seen many years of use. Our walls are painted a simple color and sometimes the paint peels a bit because of the damp weather in this part of Bihar. The staff room is small and usually filled with notebooks and tea cups. There is a small space where kids run around during the midday break. You can hear the noise of the traffic from the road, but the students are used to it by now. We spend most of our day just following the schedule and making sure everyone is where they should be. It is not a very big place, but it serves the families around Shaktipith Chandidham well enough. When it rains, the water pools a bit near the gate, so we have to put down some bricks for people to step on. It is just how things are around here on Mela Road. We try to keep the fans running when the heat gets bad in the afternoons. Every day is pretty much the same routine.
