Ujala Video Mixing Lab

You can find Ujala Video Mixing Lab right by the Bariyarpur Four Len Golambar. It’s a busy spot with lots of cars and trucks passing by all the time. Inside, it’s a lot quieter because we need to hear the audio for the videos we edit. We mostly handle wedding videos and local events for families in the area. People bring us their raw footage on memory cards or drives and we sit at the computers for hours. The monitors give off a lot of heat so the room stays warm even when it's cool outside. We have some old chairs that aren't very comfortable but we spend a lot of time in them. My cousin helps me with the transitions and the music choices for the clips. We aren't some big movie studio with a lot of money. We just make sure the memories look okay for the families to watch later. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we lose a bit of work which is really annoying. We learned to save the files every few minutes now just to be safe. The walls are covered in old calendars and some posters we liked. It’s a simple setup for our work. We don't do anything too fancy, just basic mixing and cutting of the videos. Most people in Bariyarpur know where we are because of the sign. We try to finish the work before the wedding season gets too crazy and the deadlines pile up. It takes a lot of patience to get everything right.
