Frontech Solutions Private Limited is located in Tola-Shankarpur, within the village of Sirsa. Specifically, we are at C/O Meera Devi, Panch-Shirsha Manpurvill-Sirsa. It’s a long address for a small place, but it’s where we do all our work. Being out here in the village means it’s pretty peaceful, which is good when you need to focus on technical solutions and messy code. We don’t have a big glass office or a receptionist. It’s just us and our equipment in a room that we’ve set up for our daily tasks. We deal with various tech problems and try to find ways to solve them using the tools we have. Some people think you have to be in a big city to do this kind of work, but we prove them wrong every day. We get our internet connection, we plug in our machines, and we get to work. The community in Tola-Shankarpur is close-knit, so everyone knows what we’re up to. We often have tea with the locals and talk about things other than work. It keeps us grounded. We aren't looking to become some giant tech firm that forgets its roots. We just want to keep providing decent solutions to the people who need them and make enough to keep going. It’s a straightforward life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We focus on the work at hand and take it one day at a time.
