It’s a quiet residential street, so it’s not where the actual big hotel and conference facilities are located—those are over in Botswana. Here in Adarsh Nagar, we mostly handle the administrative side of things and answer questions from people who are looking into our services abroad. It’s a small house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s pretty simple inside, just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a phone that rings more often than you’d think. We spend our days coordinating details and making sure all the paperwork is in order for the events happening far away. Sometimes people walk in thinking we have a hotel right here, and we have to explain that we just manage the back-end stuff from this location. It’s a bit of a slow pace compared to a busy hotel lobby, but there is always something to do. We keep a pot of tea going and try to stay on top of the emails. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. We like being in a regular neighborhood like Adarsh Nagar because it’s easy to get to and it’s peaceful. We just focus on getting the details right for our guests and clients overseas. It’s just how we run things.
