Sajid Traders

Sajid Traders is situated near the New Bus Stand on Bhawani Road, right in the Samtani Nagar area of Sadar Bazar. It’s a busy location because of all the buses coming and going, so there is always someone passing by the shop. We carry a bit of everything for the home and some building supplies too. The shop is often packed with bags and boxes, making it a bit of a squeeze to get around sometimes. We aren't really concerned with having a fancy display window; we just want to have the items people are looking for when they hop off the bus. My brothers and I take turns running the counter, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the regular commuters. The walls are lined with shelves that go all the way up, and we use a rickety old ladder to get the stuff from the top. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building, but we just leave the door open and keep going. We don’t do any big marketing campaigns; we just rely on being in a good spot where people need things. If you’re near the bus stand and need something for your house, you’ll probably find us without much trouble. We take our time with each customer to make sure they get the right size or type of whatever they are buying from us.
