Ganj Masala

Ganj Masala is located on Gayatri Ashram Road in Swaroopganj. We are very easy to find because we are right near the Gayatri Mandir. The sound of the temple bells is something we hear all day long while we work. We have been grinding and selling spices in this spot for a long time. The smell of the ground masalas is always hanging in the air around our shop. It is a strong scent of cloves, cinnamon, and cumin. The shop itself is small and the walls are a bit dusty from the spice powder. We don't mind it much. It is just a few of us running the place, and we do everything from the grinding to the selling. We don't have any fancy labels or marketing strategies. We just put the masala in plain bags and tie them up. During the festival times, Gayatri Ashram Road gets very crowded with people going to the mandir. We usually have more customers then, so we have to work a bit faster. Our machines are old and sometimes they break down, but we know how to fix them. We don't have a website or an office. We just have our shop and our customers. It is a simple life here in Swaroopganj. We focus on getting the spices ground right and keeping our regulars happy. It is honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
