Being in a place like Sirohi is a bit different from being in a big city like Jaipur. It is quieter and the pace of life is definitely slower. We have our office in a simple building on the plot. It is just a few of us here, and we have known each other for years. We handle technical work, mostly involving computers and data. We do not have a big office with air conditioning in every room, so it can get quite warm in the summer months. We just use fans and keep the windows open. We do not have any corporate hierarchy here. We all just sit together and talk about what needs to be done. It is a very informal environment. We often share our lunch and talk about local news or whatever is happening in Rajasthan. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. We are not trying to be a massive company. We just want to do our work and live a good life. It is a practical, no-nonsense way of working. We are happy with our small setup at 2B/83 and the work we do every day.
