Ayami Organics Private Limited

Ayami Organics Private Limited is tucked away in Village Neori. It’s part of the Sadar area in Mandi, near Po Gohar. If you’ve never been to this part of Himachal Pradesh, it’s a lot of green hills and winding roads. We work out of a small place here. It isn't anything like those big offices you see in Chandigarh or Delhi. We have a simple desk, a few chairs, and usually someone is brewing a pot of tea in the back. Working in a village means things move a bit slower, but that doesn't mean we aren't busy. There is always something to check on or someone to talk to. We deal with people from around the district and sometimes further away. Our address is easy to find if you know the landmarks, but for a stranger, it might take a minute. We like being in Neori because it’s where we feel at home. There’s no pressure to act like corporate managers here. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. The work involves a lot of patience, especially when the weather makes the roads difficult or the power goes out for a couple of hours. We just wait it out and get back to it when things clear up. It’s a practical way to live and a practical way to run a business. We aren't looking for awards, just a steady day of work.
