We are located at Shop No. 73 in the Shivaji Complex, over in Navjeevan Vihar, Waidhan. It is a typical local shop in a busy commercial complex. If you come by, you will see we are surrounded by other small businesses, so there is always a lot of chatter and people moving about. We sell a variety of items that people in the neighborhood need for their daily lives. The shop isn't huge, so we have to use every bit of shelf space we have. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we are restocking, but we know where everything is. We do not have a website or any of those high-tech systems; we just talk to our customers and help them find what they are looking for. The Shivaji Complex is a central point for many folks around here, especially in the evenings when it gets crowded. We keep the shop open late to make sure everyone has a chance to stop by after work. It is just us running the place, making change, and chatting with the regulars about the local news. We do not do any big advertising or promotions. People just know we are here at number 73. It is a simple way to make a living, and we enjoy being a part of the daily routine for the people in Waidhan. It can get dusty in the complex, but it is where the action is.
