Vineet Sinha Architects

Vineet Sinha Architects is an architecture firm located on the first floor of the Smriti building. We are at 1A on 8th Avenue in the Bistupur area. We are quite close to the Maharashtra Mandal, which is usually how people find us if they get lost. The office is a busy place with drafting boards and computers everywhere. There are always rolls of blueprints leaning against the walls and stacks of site reports on the desks. We have been in Bistupur for quite a while now. It is a good central location for us, even if the parking on 8th Avenue can be a bit of a struggle during the middle of the day. We are a small group and we do everything from the initial drawings to checking in on the construction sites. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we figure it out as we go. The building we are in, Smriti, is an older one, so it has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. We don't have a fancy waiting area or a secretary. Usually, one of us will just look up from our drawing and say hello. We focus on the technical details and making sure the plans are accurate. It is a lot of measuring and math, but that is what being an architect is about. We are just a local firm trying to do decent work from our corner here.
