We’ve been working out of this office at Aastha Twin City for a good while now. It’s located on the first floor, C-1, right behind Loyola Bed College on Hurlung Road in Birsanagar. Most people know the spot because of Som Singh’s name being associated with it. Things here get pretty busy during the week, mostly because there is always something to look at with all the new buildings coming up in this part of town. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks who walk in or calling around to check on different sites. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet people to discuss land or house plans. Birsanagar is growing, so there's always work to do. Sometimes the road gets a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is around here. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who stops by. If you’re looking for the office, just head toward the college and look for the sign on the first floor. We usually have someone here throughout the day, unless we are all out visiting a site nearby. It’s a simple business run by people who live right here in the area. We don't do much fancy advertising, just mostly word of mouth and people seeing our name while they are driving through the neighborhood. It has been that way for many years.
