We operate out of the Adharsila Tower, which is located on Road No. 4 in Adityapur-Ii. Our office is on the second floor. It’s a building we know inside and out since we have been here for such a long time. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some small businesses mixed in, so it’s not as loud as the city center, but it still has its busy moments. From our floor, we can see the people going about their daily business on Road No. 4. We spend a lot of our time dealing with home plans and various bits of local paperwork. The office itself is quite plain, with some desks pushed together and a few shelves for all the files we have to keep. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who come in every morning and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to get through, and you can see the lights from our windows from the street. We don't go in for any big speeches or promises. We just show people what is available and help them with the details. It is a very practical sort of job. We like the area and the people who live around here, and being in our own tower makes it easy for everyone to find us when they need to talk about their housing plans.
