We operate out of a small place at House No-485/1 in Harijan Wadi. If you are familiar with the Banda area in Sawantwadi, you might have seen us around. It’s a quiet part of Sindhu Durg, mostly houses and local folks going about their day. We handle building projects around here, mostly smaller developments and local repairs. It’s just a few of us running the show. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, we're out on a site or talking to someone about a wall that needs fixing or a new foundation. The work is steady but it's not fancy. We deal with the local stone and the red soil that gets everywhere. Sawantwadi is a beautiful place, but the monsoon season really slows everything down for us. We end up sitting in the office drinking tea and waiting for the rain to stop so we can get back to the bricks. We know most of the neighbors by name. Sometimes people just stop by the house to ask a quick question about their own property or if we have a tool they can borrow for a Saturday job. We try to help out when we can. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We've been in this spot for a bit now and we like the pace of life here. No big corporate meetings or powerpoint slides, just us and the tools and the blueprints. We just keep our heads down and finish the houses.
