Travel India

We are based in Pradhan Nagar, right on Nivedita Road. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Satapdi Apartment. It’s a good location because people can find us easily without getting lost in the backstreets. We deal with travel bookings all day, mostly trains and buses for folks in the neighborhood. Travel India has been around for some time now. It’s just a regular office with some chairs and a desk covered in papers and old maps. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's very quiet. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the routes and how to get tickets when things are fully booked. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to drivers. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The traffic on Nivedita Road can get quite loud in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door shut. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see if any new tours are happening. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who live in the apartments nearby or walk past on their way to work. We try to be honest about wait times and prices because we live here too. If you need to find us, just head towards Satapdi Apartment and we're right there on the road. We are usually here until late most evenings.
