We’ve been here in Mungpoo for a while now. The office is tucked away in the Rangli Rangliot area of Darjeeling. Most people around here know us because we’ve stayed put in the same spot through all the seasons. It gets quite chilly here in the winters, but work keeps us busy. We mostly deal with the day-to-day things that come through our doors. It’s not a fancy setup, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Govind started this because he wanted to stay close to home. Sometimes the roads up here get a bit tricky when it rains, so we might start a little late, but we’re always around. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who grew up in these hills. We know the neighbors and they know where to find us. Usually, someone is always making tea in the back. If you’re passing through this part of the district, you’ll see our small sign. We try to get things done without too much fuss. There isn't much to say other than we work hard and go home to our families when the sun sets behind the mountains. It’s a quiet life but we like it that way. We just handle what needs handling. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the business going year after year and making sure the local community has what they need from us.
